¿Qué te parece conocer un poco más la forma en que las nuevas tecnologías influyen en tu día a día?

¿Sabías que un uso inadecuado de éstas puede llegar a poner en riesgo tu salud mental? ¿De verdad eres consciente de aquello a lo que estás sometid@ al pasar horas y horas delante de una pantalla? ¿O prefieres no saberlo y seguir siendo sumis@ de la gran cantidad de mensajes subliminales que las redes sociales nos lanzan a diario?

Si no es el caso, desde el Servicio de Atención Psicológica y Psicopedagógica de la UCA te animamos a que participes en este interesante taller dirigido por Daniel López, un profesional de la salud mental que te ayudará a conocer un poco más sobre este tema y que te dará pautas a poner en práctica en tu día a día.
